Modern Islamic Calligraphy Art | Surah Al-Qasas | Shadow Gallery

«رب إني لما أنزلت إلي من خير فقير» runs in warm brown across the top of a wide cream panel, and the lower half fills with thickly painted foliage — broad monstera and banana leaves in mid and deep green, fern fronds picked out in gold, and pale sage sprigs ghosted into the cream behind them. The greenery leads and the verse sits clear above it, so the panel reads as botanical first and calligraphy second, and the green works naturally against cream, wood and stone.
