FAQs
How long does delivery take?
Every piece is printed and framed after your order is confirmed, and reaches you within 8–10 working days anywhere in Egypt. We follow the shipment with the courier and keep you updated on WhatsApp until it arrives.
Is shipping free?
Orders of 6,000 EGP or more ship free anywhere in Egypt. Below that, the shipping cost for your area is shown at checkout before you pay.
Why do you ask for a deposit?
Each piece is made to order in the size and frame you choose, so a deposit confirms it and starts production: 30% in general, and 50% for custom orders and custom sizes. You pay the rest on delivery, or pay the full amount online by card if you prefer.
What size suits my wall?
Choose art about two-thirds the width of the sofa, bed or console under it: for a 2 m sofa that is about 130–140 cm, such as three 40×60 cm panels hung upright with our 8 cm gap (136 cm). Send us a photo of the wall on WhatsApp and we will suggest the size.
What is the difference between canvas, framed and glass?
Canvas is printed in high resolution and stretched over a 3 cm hidden wooden frame, ready to hang. A frame adds solid wood with a wooden backing around it, and optional glass, on the sizes that take it, protects it from dust and touch with no change to the colours.
Which frame colours do you offer?
Gold, brown, wooden, black and champagne on most designs, and white on some; each product page lists the colours for that piece. Most designs are also available as canvas without a frame.
Can I order a custom size?
Yes. Send us the wall measurements and the design you like on WhatsApp; we confirm the size and the price, and production starts with a 50% deposit.
How long does it take to make my order?
Printing and framing start as soon as your deposit confirms the order. Making and delivery together take 8–10 working days.
What if my piece arrives damaged?
Every piece is packed in our workshop before it ships. If it arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, send us a photo on WhatsApp and we replace it at no cost.
Can I return or exchange a piece?
Each piece is made to order in your size and frame, so it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Any manufacturing defect is replaced free of charge.
How can I pay?
Pay the full amount online by card (Visa, Mastercard or Meeza), or pay a deposit (30%, or 50% for custom orders and sizes) by InstaPay or Vodafone Cash and the rest in cash on delivery.
Do you deliver outside Cairo?
Yes, to every governorate in Egypt within the same 8–10 working days. International shipping is not available yet; the UAE is coming soon.
